Apple CEO steve jobs, with a net worth of US$4.4 billion, placed 140th on Forbes magazine’s annual list of the richest people in the world, which was released late Thursday night. Hollywood and music mogul David Geffen was among those he shared the spot with.
Microsoft’s Bill Gates was number one on the list with an estimated net worth of $50 billion, followed by Warren Buffett at $42 billion. Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen placed sixth with $22 billion.
