Why pay more? 06/26/200412:00

People often ask me why they should pay more to purchase their Mac from a dedicated small shop instead of the Applestore or catalog resellers.

Hey – MTEQC doesn’t resell new Macs, and we don’t get a cut from your new purchases either, so you may consider our advice as somewhat objective – but in case you don’t, reading this Blog may confirm it for you…

My favorite quote? “Like most larger companies, their tech support system is really more of a human firewall for the soft underbelly of the company.” In essence: Smaller shops have a vested interest in quality post-sale support. Others do not.

For the record,we believe MacClinic is the best new Apple products reseller and AppleCare service center in Montreal.

But we’re better with troubleshooting
